Morning Tears is currently active in China. There, we have the following projects :

  1. Support for children whose parents are in prison or have been executed
    Location: Xi'an, China

    In Xi'an, Morning Tears is working as a ´children village´. In this children village there are more than 70 children, 4 caregivers and one cook. It is for these children that Morning Tears is looking for sponsors. Visit also our photo album and read the story of Wang Anxin, one of them.

  2. Support to the organisation ´Chen Lu´
    Location: China, nationwide

    Chen Lu (´Dawn Drops´) shares the same objectives as Morning Tears. Morning Tears supports the organization by training its members and searching for funds.

  3. Publication of books with educational games for caregivers
    Location: Beijing-Xi'an, China

    There is a lack of publications that can assist caregivers to work with traumatised children. These books will help filling the gap.

  4. Support to the creation of a network for prevention of sexual abuse
    Location: China, nationwide

    A network is for prevention of sexual abuse is being created in China. Morning Tears assists by offering the lessons learned in Europe, organizing conferences and stimulating debate.

  5. Coaching the caregivers of New Life
    Location: Beijing-Xi'an

    New Life is a Chinese organization that is committed providing assistance to women in prison. One of the aspects of their assistance is taking care of their children. Morning Tears is coaching the caregivers to increase their capacity for helping children to cope with their reality.
